In production, Flat Washers with high parallelism accuracy are often encountered. How to ensure the accuracy of parallelism has always been a difficult problem in production. When grinding a flat Washer with a parallelism requirement of 5Pm, after testing, the method of padding 45 steel plate on the flat grinding disk basically solves the problem. The steel plate is placed on the flat grinding disk in order to prevent the workpiece from being deformed by excessive magnetic force, and then the workpiece can be attracted by the magnetic permeability of the steel plate.
