     Fourth, mechanical properties

(1) The hardness of the quenched and tempered steel Washer is 38 to 45 HRC. The hardness of the hot-dip galvanized gasket is 26 to 45 HRC.

(2) The depth of the carburized layer of the carburizing gasket should be ≥0.40 mm. The hardness is 69 to 73 HRA.

(3) Mechanically galvanized gaskets shall have the same surface hardness.

Sixth, supplementary requirements

Surface roughness: The gasket should be treated with various measures to make the surface rough no more than 19μm, including any cracks on the surface; the height of the burr should not exceed 0.25mm.
